We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, clients, and staff members very seriously. Like you, we're closely following the federal, state and local guidelines for reopening amidst the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Since March 20th, under direction of our Mayor and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have been practicing social distancing. While we continue to ship and arrange curbside pickup of your favorite spa products, we have put our spa services on pause to protect and care for those who work with us, our clients, and the public.
Today Governor Baker announced his plans for the phased reopening of Massachusetts. As a day spa, we can reopen during Phase 2, in approximately 3 more weeks. For more information, go to https://www.mass.gov/doc/reopening-massachusetts-may-18-2020/download
In the meantime, we are reaching out to each of you with upcoming appointments, by phone, in order to help you reschedule. And we're still here at the spa, Monday through Saturday to take your calls and answer your e-mails. You can also find us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, where we will continue to let you know about sales and spa resources while you stay at home.
We miss seeing you but we know we are all in this together. We will continue to monitor and follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our clients and communities as needed. We will have more information about what our re-opening looks like, once state officials release those guidelines for day spas and nail salons. We look forward to seeing you very soon!
